Applied in June 2016, after reading great reviews about the product and the company. HR contacted me a week after I applied, for an initial phone screen. They were interested in my profile and background, and scheduled further phone screens with some people from the Berlin and US offices: 2 VP's, 1 QA Engineer and again HR. All went well, but I haven't received any feedback for about a month. I reached back to check the status and they said they were still interested but had some internal restructuring and needed some more time. After another month or so, they invited me for an in-house loop in Berlin. 5 more interviews, with the MD, VP Ops, HR, SC and CX. After the in-house loop, another period of silence and then a request from HR (re-assuring me they were interested in my profile) to go through a couple of additional phone calls with another VP and a Sourcing Manager from the US. Cleared those as well, then silence again, for another two weeks. When I eventually demanded an answer, they concluded that they weren't interested in my profile and actually needed somebody with "industry experience"... All this after more than 5 months of back and forth! Instead of calling it off from the very beginning, they kept on dragging a lousy interview process, wasting everybody's time and energies for more than 5 months! And finally, to wrap it all up, I had to chase them more than a month for the reimbursement of a petty expense from my trip to Berlin.
All in all, a chaotic interview process, highlighting amateurishness and lack of experience & coordination.
