Casper Customer Service interview questions

Three skype interviews- all fit questions. The questions were framed to learn about you. The place really values company culture and uses the interview process for customer service to get to know you. There was a writing component, where it required the applicant to submit responses to typical customer service questions. E.g. What do I do if my mattress comes with a hole?
