Cartier interview questions

I received a phone call from the HR who expressed how pleased and interested she was with my profile. She was supposed to schedule an interview with the direct manager, it took a month and a couple of follow up emails for her to do so. When I finally had the interview, only one person interviewed me, it lasted 20 minutes ( I was told I would have a 1-hour interview with three people ) Following my interview, I had to follow up again to find out the status of my application to which the HR informed me that the manager felt I was better suited for the position below the one I applied for.
