Two interviews with the manager - no HR interview. The first one was very focus on my resume, past experiences and skills while the second one was about the job: excel test, marketing implementation, case study... the first one last 1/2hour the second one an hour

2. one phone call interview with assistant
3. one zoom interview with two managers

Probably because it's a big company, the whole process was extremely long and went through multiple stages. During the interview, you can tell there's a big emphasis on the ability to speak English. Quite awkward when the interview asked you questions in Chinese and required you to respond in English.
