Had a long marathon interview in person at their charlotte plant. I was an intern previously so I didn't have to redo a phone interview. It was nice, but very long, a interview presentation in the beginning. Much of the time I had 30 mins to speak to a separate team member.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot of technical questions gear towards my background. Such as heat transfer, thermodynamic laws, if I could derive an fluids equation.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Carrier (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Offer came after 6 weeks. Two phone interviews and two in person interviews. The two in person interviews can be counted as four because each in person session was split into two parts and the meetings were with different members. They will ask you what you want to make more than once. I gave them my number and they offered me more than my number by 8%. Very nice interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Carrier (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Basic interview, basic questions. Interview was over the phone initially and then with a group of managers. Once the interview was obtained the process was fairly simple, but did take almost a month before hiring was complete.
