Carrier interview questions

I applied through the company website and soon received a phone interview offer for two weeks later. They called at the scheduled time just to inform me that the position had already been filled, then tried to direct me to apply for other positions that were unrelated to my career. All in all, it seemed very unprofessional and like the recruiter I was working with wasn't interested in finding candidates that actually fit the job.

Head hunted on LinkedIn. Had two phone screens. Then one phone interview. Two in person interviews back to back. Finally one video interview with executive. Offer came shortly after that. Total process was quick, was just over a month. Very professional. Everyone during made the process very simple. Exciting company and people to work for was my impression throughout.
