It's good , learn basics well , protocols, some scripting languages needed to crack the interview. And it depends on the role what you are applying. Based on the role the difficulty level varies
The interview process at carrier is easy but long. It starts with a phone interview and from there it can take a couple more phone interviews and then on site interview
3 interviews - 1 phone screen, 2nd round with 2 people on the "selection" team and 3rd round with 2 senior managers - all very friendly. I would recommend this application.
