The interview process started with a staffing agency. After working with the company for 90 days the company evaluate your ability to perform the job. The company evaluate your attendence and base their decision to hire on those two ethics. Once the decision have been made, the company then give an offer and background check to see do you qualify to work at Carrier to include Drug Screening. If all pass then you are hired.
