I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CarShop (Chester Springs, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Two phone calls and an in person interview - The initial call was to set up a formal phone screen. The phone screening was about 20 minutes of general questions about experience and education. The in person interview lasted about 45 minutes with the VP of HR and the HR Manager.

Question 1
There were several questions being asked. Be prepared to talk about the company, values, and growth. It's important to understand their vision and mission and relate that to your work. They had questions prepared based on your application - which is a lengthy questionnaire. Overall I feel they got a good sense of who I was as a professional - not so much as a person though.
Thank you very much for applying to CarSense. I'm so glad you had the oppertunity to go through our hiring process. Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions. Thanks again.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CarShop (Exton, PA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Submitted my resume online and filled out a brief form. Was called in almost immediately for an interview with the VP of Personnel and Culture Development. Interview went well was there for a little over an hour. However, very little follow up and took over a month to get the final decision. I asked for feedback on the decision and was completely ignored.

These things are never easy and need to be handled very carefully. When you have one position and over 140 applicants some people are going to be sad, disappointed and others who if offered the position would of been happy are now leaving a negative review. I do remember you, our interview and you being on the short list... I remember the personal email I sent explaining that we felt another applicant was a slightly a better fit. You did nothing wrong, there was nothing you could of done better.... Truth be told, I had intended to reply to your second email... I just honestly forgot with everything else that was going on at the time. Please accept my apology.
