CarMax Strategy Analyst interview questions

The interview asked me about my background. He also asked me what makes a good leader and examples of a time when I was one.

I applied through my school and received an email a few weeks afterwards to set up a phone interview. Since, it was a phone interview, I expected behavioral and education questions. While the interview did have questions about my background, a majority of the time was spent on a case interview type question in which I had to calculate the chance of winning bets based on given criteria.
