CarMax Strategy Analyst interview questions

They flew me in on a Thursday night, put me up in a hotel for the night, and the interview started bright and early on that Friday. First they gave us basic info regarding the company and job we were there for. Next they began separating us in into one on one interviews. There were about five different people I met with, including three manager types. The managers presented me with various problem solving scenarios. If i struggled to come up with a solution they would walk me through.

Interviewed in the university with a nice guy who told me about his story, then to listen to my story and asked several behavioral questions. Also there are some very simple case study to see your ability to deal with some small stuff like rounding.
