CarMax Sales Consultant interview questions

Interview with several managers in one visit. Standard interview questions.

CarMax hires its sales consultants on the spot, or fairly soon after the initial interview. There are online questions that a candidate must answer at the beginning of the interview process. After which, the candidate meets with a department manager (not necessarily in the sales department). If that interview goes well, then a second interview is done with a different manager. I was offered a position after the second interview.
