They mainly look for good communication skills, confidence, and someone who asks a lot of good questions. They had me present a car as part of the process which I had prior experience in doing so that part was very easy for me. Gave me the job on the spot.
The interview process is a round of “Tell me a time when” questions and then a selling role play. Together the interview was about an hour. I did not feel stressed.
