Have a total of three interviews. One over the phone , one with a sales manager. An one with the general manager over the store . Then during that progress u will have to sell a car to a sales consultant there.

The initial interview starts with a phone call from the manager. It is only a few questions asked that lasts around 20 mins total. If that goes well you'll be asked to come in for a second interview in person.

Interview

It was good, and it was a 3 part interview. First with 2 managers and they ask about past experience and situational questions. Second part is a sales pitch of a selected vehicle. Third is with the GM.

They give you 3 vehicles to choose from and you select one and you practice with a manager as to how you would help a customer and what questions or suggestions you would make.
