Multiple interviews that had the person walking through potential scenarios and how they would handle. Difficult conversations, upselling, and on the spot training. Overall it was a good experience. Very thorough and easy to do all over zoom
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CarMax in Jan 2022
Interview
Only got through the application process. Wanted to send this as a warning to anyone applying, as part of the application, you are required to do an SAT-like skills assessment.
It took almost a full hour and your application was not submitted unless you finished it. Had I known that going in, I wouldn't have applied. There's no reason to make an applicant perform this kind of assessment prior to submitting their application.
To add insult to injury, I received an automated rejection email two days later. I spent over an hour on their application and didn't even get to speak to anyone about the opportunity.
Stay away!

I applied online. I interviewed at CarMax (Chattanooga, TN)
Interview
The initial interview starts with a phone call from the manager. It is only a few questions asked that lasts around 20 mins total. If that goes well you'll be asked to come in for a second interview in person.
