I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax in Apr 2022
Interview
I filled out the application and a recruiter reached out from a different team to gauge interest.
Interview with the recruiter a few days after. Set up the next interview with the hiring manager. The intent was to discuss a business case. The hiring manager was difficult to follow at best. Fumbling and stuttering which made it difficult to follow. When asking clarifying questions, he would cut you off and disagree with your assessment.
The material given was focused on more subjective material. The focus on the interview was all quantitive. Be prepared for dividing, percents, decimals, and hoping for someone who can communicate well enough.

Interview
I found the job offering in The Muse job board. I applied and was interviewed over the phone. At the end of the phone interview I was then asked for an in person interview.
I met with a sales manager during the in person interview. He was personable and friendly. There was an organized list of standard interview questions. I enjoyed the interview process.
