CarMax interview questions

I was called in for an interview & asked a bunch of questions by several different people. It's a typical interview process, no less, no more. Drug test & all that other stuff. If you are called back for a second interview then you may get a tour of the sales floor & meet some sales associates & mgnt team.

Computer assessment, initial grilling about gaps in employment/other. It was one very polite girl who introduced me, then a polite guy who grilled me about previous employment, then 2 guys who gave typical customer service-oriented questions. Basically very easy. I had one job in the last 7 years where it didn't work out and I disclosed too much about that.
