The most ridiculous and unnecessarily tedious interview I have ever experienced. I was at the location for nearly two hours. Every question was "Tell me about a time you did X and how that resulted in Y".
Disconnected and disingenuous. Similar to the interviewers.
Not to mention how awful the job must be. $160 flat commission for all cars plus $100 if you sell MaxCare with some additional incentives as well. You receive a paycheck regardless, which sounds great, right? Nope. Whatever the difference is between your commission and hours worked is what will be taken out of your next paycheck. Example: Hours worked: $900, Commission: $750. If your next paycheck is commission based, you will receive $150 as they "subsidize" the pay from the previous check.
