CarMax interview questions

a phone interview, then a case interview, then behavioral. they told me i should be available the entire day but the interviews were over quickly. they called me later that day with my offer

The interview process is all based on prior experiance in the "tell me about a time when" format. You will interview with two different pairs of interviewers. Overall the process is pretty standard and they do give you time to ask questions as well. The tone was casual and they do take time to try to connect with you as an individual.
