CarMax interview questions

First there is a phone interview to determine if you’re a good fit. Then you watch a video of a role play and then perform a role play with two managers. You read a description of a customer and recommend a car for them, then “sell” it to them. If you make it though, you’ll have an interview with the general manager where he basically tries to scare you out of taking the position.

Called me for a phone interview, asked basic questions like why do you want this job, what do you know about CarMax, etc etc. Then I was given a date for an in-person interview a week later. They gave me the job at the end of interview.
