CarMax interview questions

Interview is lengthy and drawn out, but for good reason. It includes a phone interview and 2 one on one interviews. There is also a sales drill on selling a car. Dressed professional for the interview.

Interviewed at Burbank. The process took four and a half hours. The. total face time with three people including the role play was about 1 hour. The rest was waiting in the auto service area. I should have gotten up and left. I finally met with the General Manager and he told me that the sales people make $30.00 per year. The top sellers make close to $40.00. Not a lot in LA. Nice people however very unprofessional making you wait that long. I would skip this company.
