CarMax interview questions

First of all had a interview with this place at four o'clock which they where ten minutes late also and the guy that did the phone interview was no where to be found and some lady finally came and got me. once the first interview was over then another guy came in and asked the same questions just in a different way after the interview they told me that someone would call me in the next few days and took my number which was odd cuz he had all my info wright in front of his face. Then four hours later they sent me a rejection email. Don't waist your time, if your not going to hire me then just tell me that don't make up bull and waist anymore of my time.

The interview was a pretty easy process, they ask you a few questions over the phone first and then you go in for a formal interview and it takes about an hour because they do ask to do a role play on selling a car.
