Takes in between 20-45 minutes. Mainly 2 interviewers which gives a little background of their self. They ask you about your background. Take turns asking typical questions. After they interview you, they ask if you have any questions(always have 2-3 questions and not pertaining the pay).

Starts off with a phone interview asking you situational questions then the in person interview they will ask you if you know anything about vehicles and then will take you to a specific car and will want to see if you're able to attempt at selling them that vehicle.
