CarMax interview questions

Applied online. Received a call to schedule a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Once at thr interview, you are taken out to the parking lot to do your 3 to 5 minute mock sales pitch.

The process itself is quick; I applied online and got a call back within the same week. CarMax is usually hiring and hires anyone with a heartbeat (or so it seems). The interview itself is long and annoying! Be prepared to stay there all day! My interview took 4-5 hours but I was hired on the spot. You are typically interviewed by 2-3 different managers in the same day. They ask you pretty much the same questions about general experience and your background (It’s to make sure your not lying) (Yes, I guess some people lie about their personal information). They’ll typically hire you as long as you are honest and you aren’t on your phone during that time! And don’t be a second late to the interview!
