CarMax interview questions

Interview was virtual. Had phone interview then zoom call with two manager. Had to do a drug screen which was a mouth swap essentially. There sign on bonus isn't offered until after 90 days on the job but you do get a training bonus after 30 days on the job. Also no commission until 90 days in. They expect you to be good with the training bonus and sign on bonus.

I got interviewed by the sales manager, inventory manger, then store operations manager in that order. Then got a call back a week later to start the job the following week.
