They were not entirely forthcoming about the way they schedule. Requiring a part-time employee to be available seven days a week, all day long, every week is not a good way to treat employees.

First I was contacted for a phone interview whixj lasted aboit 15 minutes. At the end of the interview I was told the interviewer wanted to set up an in-person interview. We set up the time right then on the phone. Due to the fact that my in-person interview was the same person who did my phone interview I had a second in-person interview directlt after the first. After the last interview I shadowed the office for an hour. This was me "interviewing them". After that I went into a small conference room and was told they would like to hire me. I signed papers and provided the urine sample that day.
