I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Apr 2021
Interview
After application and initial assessment I received an email within a week for a recorded interview (this was easily done at home). Just over 2 weeks later I got another email from recruiter to then schedule my in person interview (still at home via zoom). A week an a half later I was given an offer to accept the position. At that point we went over the schedule, pay etc. This was a great experience and Capital One gives you plenty of information to be able to prepare ahead of time. You will know exactly what to expect each step of the way.
