Behavioral and Technical questions based on Capital One Shopping product scenarios
My interview with them was with 3 different people in the same session. The first 2 were professional. But the 3rd person was rude. Because of this, my nerves did get to me and I was a wreck because I wasn't sure on how to answer certain questions.
Quick phone interview with a call role play situation at the end. Mostly customer service questions before role play. Over all it was quick and easy, expected it to be longer.
