Capital One Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Spoke with recruiter and the the hiring manager. Recruiter was great but the manager seemed disinterested. Recruiter reached out by phone to discuss my background, salary expectations and go over the interview process and schedule a video call with the manager.

Very easy going and laid back. The questions were pretty standard and easy to answer. The interview was pretty short and straight forward. The team lead conducting the interview was very friendly and welcoming.
