Interview
The initial interview was a brief phone interview. Next was an online assesment that consisted of about 100 questions or more. Next was another phone assesment in which you would pretendas if an actual escalated call was taking place and how you would react.

Standard personality assesment as well as a reading comprehension/reasoning test and a numerical reasoning test. The numerical reasoning test was the most challenging. Interview
After passing the skills test, I was offered an interview. It was a case interview, and consisted of working with the interviewer on a sample case. The case wasn't very hard, and apparently they are more concerned with how you communicate with the interviewer than with the answers you generate.
