Standard personality assesment as well as a reading comprehension/reasoning test and a numerical reasoning test. The numerical reasoning test was the most challenging. After passing the skills test, I was offered an interview. It was a case interview, and consisted of working with the interviewer on a sample case. The case wasn't very hard, and apparently they are more concerned with how you communicate with the interviewer than with the answers you generate.
