The overall interview process with Capgemini was well‑structured and professional, starting from the initial HR discussion through to the final offer.
It began with two technical rounds focused on my core skills and project experience, followed by an HR round to assess my communication, attitude, and cultural fit with the organization.
Throughout the process, the interviewers were respectful, gave me enough time to think, and also shared brief insights about the role and expectations, which made the experience transparent and comfortable.
