Caliber Collision interview questions

Very confusing phone interview process. The company used a virtual scheduling program and kept sending reminders both confirming the interview and asking me to confirm the interview? After looking for 30 minutes, I still couldn't find how to confirm the interview anywhere in any of the materials I was sent. The recruiter never called and didn't bother to respond to my follow up email.
