Caliber Collision interview questions

- 2 rounds of interviews first round are with the accounting managers and the second with the accounting director. The interview is more of a personality interview and to see if you are a good fit with the team/company

Very casual. They need experienced techs because caliber has a large turnover of employees. Regional manager and store manager is who I worked with & I had worked with them in the past before I quit for a better opportunity.
