I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2022
Interview
It was all through a third party video service. I never actually spoke to a person. I was invited to participate in situational questions via a video recording process. I don’t believe this process allows folks to show their authentic and self or truly capture their abilities. It’s very limited to situational questions and doesn’t allow for autonomy in the process. I do not recommend interviewing folks via this method, as you’ll miss out on some truly exceptional candidates.

Describe a client presentation that went well and one that did not. What contributed to both?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
On two occasions, CVS recruiters have reached out to me about roles. On both occasions, after the screening call, there was no follow up or reply to my follow up. I used to envision this as my dream employer, but dealing with their utterly unprofessional HR department has given me second thought. I would not recommend wasting your time applying / dealing with them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health in Jan 2022
Interview
Initial phone screen was great. Spoke with 1 individual who might have been a bit too comfortable and used some words that I would not normally use in an interview. Moved to the next round and had an interview with who would be my boss. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Let me know that I would be getting an interview with her boss. Sent a thank you note that night, and did not hear back for 2 weeks to let me know that they filled that role, but they wanted me to talk to another hiring manager.
I withdrew from the process. I have a lot of other interviews and offers going on to not hear back from a company for 2 weeks after being told I would have another interview.
