CVS Health Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Invite for video interview using HireVue. Phone call from HR or email. Second interview either in-person or over phone. You will need to provide a writing sample that is reviewed to see how you interact with clients and level of professionalism.

First interview was by phone and lasted about 10 minutes. Second interview was virtual and pretty laid back. There were some technical difficulties on the interviewer’s end. Be prepared to “tell about a time when”
