CVS Health Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

After an on-line assessment a recruiter for CVS scheduled a phone screening. The next step was a 45 minute virtual iHire interview in which the position was described thoroughly and questions were asked about past job experiences, mistakes made from which I learned, and about difficult work situations I was able to manage.

The interview process was relatively easy. I felt very comfortable for the duration of my interview and the store manager did a wonderful job of identifying what roles I would fulfill along with expectations associated with the job.
