CVS Health CSR interview questions

So I applied at the job based on referral, filled out application and did an assessment. I wasn’t too confident on the assessment cause it seemed tricky but I answer honestly and got an email the next day about a possible interview asking if I was available that day. I said yes I was available around 5pm. Got a call, answer a few questions and got offered the job by end of the call.

Typical interview question about your experience and your self. They will ask you if you have any Health industry experience or customer service experience, It is virtual likely on web ex. The hiring manager or recruiter will conduct the interview and follow up with you after.
