CRISIL Research Analyst interview questions

Full day interview process with 3 exams of 2 hours each. (all on the same day - back to back) No reason it should be such a grueling interview because all the process is simply data mining After the 3 tests, 2 F2F rounds, with TL and Manager Final HR Round for sal negotiatons

3 online exams about 2 hours each (yes... 6 hours just for the online test) 2 of these exams were a complete rip off of CFA exams. the last was TOEFL. After a gruelling 6 hours exams (this is without even consider a breather in between the exams), if you are still breathing you will be subject to 2 rounds of PI ( one by the TLs and One by the Managers). So by the time you reach the HR negotiation round you are so exhausted that you wont even look at the CTC of Rs.2,20,000 Selection criteria is simple... if the TL thinks the employee is cute then he will be hired and will be a plaything for the next 6 months after which he will be removed on performance grounds. ( it happened to 2 people in CIBA Team between 2013 - 2014)
