CRISIL Associate Director interview questions

They have started face to face interview when all other companies take interview virtually on zoom/Teams call at least the first round. Interviewer reached over 10 mins late. No apologies. None of the questions were technical. Interview wrapped upnin less than 15 mins. Seems interviewer already made up the mind not to continue even before the start of interview. No feedback, no formal communication from HR

Interview scheduled from 3rd party. No JD was shared. Very easy and unprofessionally handled interview. It was just a rapid fire round on Java. The interviewer seemed to be in a hurry to finish the round. No introduction been given, not even name!! (ideally candidate interviewed at higher position does count it and this shows a lack of maturity in the interviewer). The interviewer lacked knowledge of handling a zoom call. Lot of disturbances from interviewer side!!! Even if this organisation proceeds with further round, I will not prefer to move ahead!!
