CGI Software Developer interview questions

I interviewed in november, Then I have to wait over two month when i got declined information via email. After that I send email to ask more information and I never got answer. My Friend did not got even interview and was intrested those traineeship positions but when this person asked more information in the oulu representive, there was no answer either. Is this normal in Oulu? If declined person is asking relevant questions there will no any answer. clearly the young talent positions are intended only for students.

Interview process is good 1 you have screening and 1 technical and 2 manager one is from off shore and one is from onsite later hr. Overall taken 2 weeks got offer waiting for joining. 4.5/5.
