CGI Software Developer interview questions

I was given an interview on campus then invited to a second one in Belton. Afterwards I was told they would get back to me two weeks later. I didnt hear from them for months. Then I emailed them and they replied after the 4th email. Then they told me that they didnt have any positions for me. Fast forward to a week later and I recieve an unexpected email saying they have an opportunity for me in another state and they loved me during the interview process... which was very confusing.

All java basic questions they asked in interview with oops concept, collection,thread about ur project etc... Explain the difference between a List, Set and Map b. What do you need to ensure about the object that is a key of a Map. c. Explain the use of the synchronized keyword. d. What ways could you protect data from concurrent access. e. Explain the use of try, catch, finally.
