CGI Senior Developer interview questions

took the interview for c++ / c# and window based application , 2 round interview , got selected and they took my documents and all the discussion happen. but they put my offer approval in pending state, i took followup everyday but they either didn't reply or say it's pending for approval from hiring manager. After 2 week they said position is put on hold and have opening for same profile for Chennai, I said am okay for relocation as well but they again start giving excuses of approval and later HR told me I can look up for other opportunity. Clearly they have wasted my time.
