The only process that I was part of was the recruiter call. I received an email ( from a personal recruiter email account for some reason ) about my availability for a first reach out call. During the call which only lasted 5 minutes, I was told that my resume would be kept on file for all relevant positions and to wait for the next call which I didn't receive.

Interview
I had a quick phone scan, then an interview with HR/hiring Director in Shawinigan. Very pleasant people. Train was delayed, so I arrived late, but they were very flexible. Very positive experience.
2nd interview was Java technical interview and we coded on the glass of the office, which was another cool experience :)

The first interview was mainly behavior questions. What did and didn't like in previous job? Why do you wanted to quit?

Interview
First, there was a remote interview, followed by an on-site meeting, and then an offer. The questions were basic but well-structured. The interviewer was very friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. You can definitely tell that the resume and cover letter were read carefully beforehand.
