The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CGI (Lebanon, VA) in Jun 2010
Interview
I applied online but had no response to my application. Then I had someone I know submit my resume to some folks in charge of hiring and had an interview offer the same day. I went in for the interview and had three one on one sessions with different folks. I also talked with someone else who I would be working with/doing similar tasks. They asked me some technical questions and the only question that threw me off was about my knowledge of networking/background of networking (none).
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CGI in Mar 2011
Interview
Completed a pre-screening at my university's career office and received an invitation to come for an interview on site a couple weeks later. On site interview consisted of 3 thirty minute interviews with senior consultants who worked as technical people. Overall, the questions were pretty easy and asked where I saw myself, why I chose CGI Federal, and other personal questions in that vein.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Fairfax, VA) in May 2010
Interview
I had multiple phone interviews before meeting in person for 3 1:1 interviews in the office. Following this, I had more phone interviews and was asked to come back for a second round of in person meetings. I was told that they were waiting on a particular contract award and that they would be in touch, but I never heard anything from them after a brief email exchange with the hiring manager.
