Had a phone screening with my to be manager and it was in detail regarding the breadth and depth of IT Research field and relevant experience and later was called and was asked questions related to the role and suitability to the role by 2 more people who I would be a team member of.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Herndon, VA) in Jul 2012
Interview
First step was going through the recruiter and get an interview in person at the client office. The in-person interview was mostly technical skills as well as discussing a little bit about the project, the client and what the team looks like and what role the UI Developer would play.

Question 1
Question about the latest technologies and not too much experience on it, so it was difficult.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (Reading, Inglaterra) in Mar 2012
Interview
I had a telephone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. There was nothing too difficult just a verification of my past experience with some examples. I was then offered an interview at Reading at the main office. 2 x interviewers who were security specialists. It was not too formal and I did not get any unexpected questions. They were again work related as opposed to problem solving obsure mind boggling ones, ie 'how would you cope if you were an elephant etc'! The role I went for was Information Security so some of the questions related to the technical elements of ID and access to systems, Information Assurance challenges etc. Overall not too challenging and very fair.
