I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2013
Interview
just basic interview, nothing spec. HR first, Team technical second and hr send the offer. you have to have 2 references to write the HR ref letter for you. the salary is not that easy to negotiate.
the first one is the regular HR questions. like why you choose the company and they will check your previous working experiences. for the tec questions. it depends on which position you will apply for.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CGI (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I gave them my resume at their booth at a career fair. I received an email a week later from HR asking to set up 3 phone interviews within the next few days. The questions were primarily behavioral and less on the technology side. I think they were just trying to gauge how you would fit on the team on a personal level, such as whether or not you'd be fun or easy to work with and if you would generate any problems with the team and if you were a team player. HR was quick to respond to emails and the interviewers were calm and nice. I'd say it was a pleasant experience for me.
