It was over all 5 rounds . 1st round was apti cleared. 2 nd round was java cleared . and 3rd round was GD. As i belong to telugu background my English communication was like, how it looks when a normal telugu guy talks ,it was like that. I spoke well but they selected the guys who spoke English as if English is ther mthr tng... Worst recruitment team for group discussion.

All behavioral questions....nothing related to metric or KPI mitigation. The interviewer said that my resume spoke for itself and he felt we didn't need to go into position details. The interview was designed to see if I my work style would fit with a group of consultants. I was never asked about anything that pertained to my experience or what I would action plans I would bring to the project.
