Right from the hiring process, everything is worst here.

I was searching for job offer in Bangalore and decided to attend the interview for this company.
First of all their HR (hiring department) people are highly uneducated, unprofessional and unorganized!! They made us all (all interview candidates) wait for 3 hours with only 2 people conducting the interview and 30 experienced candidates to interview.
They did not give proper guidance, serial number etc. and took interview for 1 hour per person. What is funny is at the end of 4 hours, we got to know that interview was only for some other skillset and not the one that was sent in Email. When questioned, the contact person started bluffing that - "There is no timing mentioned in email so why did you all come here? Also, interview is at electronic city i guess...". Then we showed the mail and showed that interview was for today, then she started saying - "this interview might have got cancelled as panel member is not available and we might drop an email in sometime..".
We never got any cancellation email and neither a call / someone informing us all in waiting area where we were asked to wait.
Overall worst and non interesting place. Their office looks very big from outside but employees are so dumb and stupid. Wasting everyone's time and not taking responsibility or worrying about anything.
What is more funny is they were also hiring freshers (some 100) who were made to wait in a room and not let to go to lunch also!!! Very sad to look at them at the end of the day.

it was usual process, HR Interview and Technical Interview. Technical interview was regarding all the ITIL Process and general troubleshooting process.HR Questions was generic ones and the ones which all HR Team asks.Interview was consist of total two phase. First phase was on the phone and second one in person with two managers.

Extremely slow process. Leaves you admits of turmoil you would be confused about your application process. They make confirm you on phone but there will be no email of confirmation. The experience of the whole process is disheartening of what to expect.
