Above 10 years experience candidate. First round is technical and coding. The interviewer prepared questions from Internet and expected the same definition where he took the questions. The same set of questions were asked one day before to my friend as well. Also for both of us, He demotivated many times during the interview like saying you do not know, you are facing difficulties answering and so on. Since I have prepared all the questions, I have almost 95% given right answer. But at the end he said we are looking for someone who is working on both UI and API automation. I have clearly mentioned to the HR that I don’t know API automation and never mentioned anything about api in my resume as well. People like these should be interviewed inside organisation first

HR round initially you have to tell about yourself as you do in all the interviews and then technical round would be taken by the expert and finally you will be interviewed by the manager and also salary negotiation if gets selected. Thank you.
