Interview
Contacted by job consultancy. Interview scheduled at 11 30 Am, happened at 5 o clock evening. No proper system for queuing the candidates. Waited 5 hrs with out any food.
The interviewer was less experienced to interview the role i have applied for. He was looking into internet and for qns and answers and expecting exactly similar answers whatever he is reading online. Answered 80% questions perfectly. Though I applied for developer position he was keep on asking process in support activities. Irritated with low level questions for senior developer and his attitude towards me.
He asked me why i was not looking active (because waiting for 5 hrs ). Not sure why his attitude towards a candidate is so arrogant , sarcastic and irritate.
I m requesting CGI management to give proper training for interviewers, at least behavioral and communication.
Finally he gave and advise to better perform next interview quoting an example from his " life". That was regarding he screwed up in CSC india intreview few years back( which is my present company).
Finally even after answers and tolerating this person he said "i m done , please carry on "'
